Audio Calibration
What is Audio Calibration?
Audio Calibration is the science of evaluating and tuning your entire audio system.  This includes your speakers, amplifiers, pre-amp, equalizers, and source components.  Audio Calibration also focuses on the most important part of your audio system, Your listening room.

An audio calibration begins with a systematic Acoustic Design Review.  The review covers basic items like speaker placement and basic hook-up as well as advanced items like decay time and room mode evaluation.  This approach allows us to evaluate all of the individual items that are effecting your sound and formulate a plan for maximizing your systems performance.
After the Design Review, a master plan is put together to address key items and to make improvements to those items needing attention.  In some cases this means upgrading amplifier power.  For some systems, it means adding parametric equalization.  Sometimes additional sound control treatment will be added to a room.  For most systems however it starts with connecting things properly and moving some speakers to better locations.  While electronics can upgrade some things, often placement is the biggest issue.
