Consultation
Consultation is the beginning of every calibration. Consultation begins with a thorough evaluation of your system and components looking for simple overlooked items and verifying that your system can benefit from a more advanced calibration. Some simple corrections will be made during initial consultation and others will be addressed on a later visit. At the end of the consultation a thorough plan we be created to address your systems needs.
Proper connection
During the initial consultation, each component is checked for proper connection and set-up. In a lot of cases simple items like menu or connections are not correct leading to degraded performance. In these cases, these items will be corrected and explained. If additional cabling or installation is required, services can be arranged to bring the installation up to par before beginning any calibration.
Basic Calibration
During the initial consultation, if it is determined that your system only requires a basic user-control video calibration, basic calibration is performed at this time. Basic calibration includes setting brightness, contrast, color, tint, and sharpness controls from the user menus.
